- You will not use this site to promote anything that is racist, sexist, inflamatory or in any other way deemed to be unsuitable by the site owners.
- You take resposibility for the copyright of images that you upload.
- You will take care not to abuse the service provided and keep your login details private.
- All code on this site is proprietry and is property of the site owners. Any attempts to reverse engineer any code will result in your account being suspended and possibly legal action.
In return we will:
- We will never pass on your email address or any other information to anyone else.
- We will provide free hosting of your picformation graphic.
There is no limit (at current time) to how many time your image will be displayed, but it will be swapped out for a site advertisement after 100 requests.
Data Link conditions
Requirements of source site:
- You MUST be authorised to adminster the site/have webmaster access.
- You MUST be authorised to create a "data link" between the two sites.
- The site MUST be able to host PHP or Perl scripts (other CGI languages may be possible).
- The site MUST have OUR page format and key on it so that our data engine can retreive the data you want to use.
- The MAXIMUM length of any data to be picked up is to be less than 256 characters.
Privacy
Picformation.com uses Cookies when it serves images to users. These cookies are used purely for site statistics and are only valid for the length of the visitors session.
Email addresses registered at Picfmation.com are used only for adminastrative purposes. This includes sending site updates and news items to regsitered users.
